The city of Radeberg is a corporation under public law.
It is represented by the Lord Mayor Frank Höhme.
The City of Radeberg/ Museum Schloss Klippenstein offers a teleservice with the portal www.schloss-klippenstein.de and is therefore subject to the provisions of the Telemedia Act (TMG). In addition, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EU (EU DSP Regulation), applies.
