Declaration of Accessibility

The Museum Schloss Klippenstein endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG) and the Barrier-free Websites Act (BfWebG) in conjunction with the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). The BfWebG is supplemented by the Barrier-free Websites Ordinance (BfWebVO). These laws are drafted in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This declaration on accessibility applies to the website of Museum Schloss Klippenstein (www.schloss-klippenstein.de).

Accessibility status

Accessibility is based on the internationally valid Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformity level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1.

The Museum Schloss Klippenstein website is only partially accessible in accordance with the above guidelines.

Every website can be read in a high-contrast version - menu item in the service menu "high-contrast version".

For selected websites, the content is available in Easy Read - menu item in the "Easy Read" service menu.
The "Easy-to-read" mode is also colour-coded and marked with an icon.
"Easy Read" is only available in German.

This declaration was created in April 2022 and updated in 2024.
Our website is currently being audited by BIKOSAX - Barrier-free information and communication services of the Free State of Saxony.

Enforcement procedure

You have made an enquiry about the accessibility of our website using the contact details above. If no satisfactory solution is found within a reasonable period of time (usually four weeks), you can contact the office of the State Commissioner for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities (Enforcement Centre) at the Saxon State Chancellery, which is responsible for the enforcement procedure. The Enforcement Centre supports out-of-court dispute resolution when conflicts arise between public bodies in Saxony and users of the website. This arbitration procedure is free of charge. The involvement of legal counsel is not required.
